Whiteline Bushing and Bearing Press Tool Kit

Kit Contains:

• 18 x sleeves - 28mm-113mm diameter (5mm increments)
• 4 x press plates
• 4 x pulling spindles covering bolt sizes (M10, M12, M14, M16)
  • Rolled thread on spindles
  • Nuts with double washers and encapsulated lubricated ball bearings for strength and longevity (stops nut from binding and stripping thread)

Ideal for bushings, bearings, spherical joints or other applications. Can be used on workshop press or better yet on car simply and easily. Less force required to remove / install bushings, bearings and joints making use easy even without power tools Benefit Note: Most old and new suspension bushings are pressed in and out with old bearing shells, sockets or just anything you can find. This creates a safety issue, given that heat treated steel will shatter under stress. The assortment of sleeves that make up the Nolathane Press Tool Kit are made from mild steel to allow distortion or crush when over-pressed. These newly designed tools provide an easy way to install and remove Whiteline polyurethane bushings and aid in other workshop pressing requirements.

A suspension expert will be assigned to your order, who will organise everything and will help you every step of the way. You can sit back and relax, knowing that your car is going to be looked after by suspension experts.

Your assigned suspension expert will confirm all the details for your booking. Your parts will then be delivered to your closest Whiteline workshop and an installation date will be booked based on your preference. You then bring your car on the booking date and Whiteline will manage the installation for you.

Installation includes full product installation by a qualified suspension technician, a full wheel alignment, a complete suspension check, a visual brake inspection, and a complete report. We also offer a complimentary 1000km check-up service, which includes a suspension check and any retention work, your alignment and tyre wear will also be checked. If we find that anything needs to be amended during our 1000km check, we will carry out this work free of charge. This includes a wheel alignment, if required.
