How is dealer trade pricing different from a standard trade account?
Fulcrum authorised dealers receive a significantly better pricing structure than standard trade customers, designed to maximise workshop margins on parts and lift kit sales. The exact pricing tier is discussed during onboarding.
What is Click & Fit and how do I earn from it?
Click & Fit is Fulcrum's fastest-growing online transaction type. A customer buys a product online and selects your workshop for installation. You earn on the product sale plus the full labour amount on every job. Our Click & Fit Concierge team coordinates the booking with you, and full commercial details are shared with approved dealers during onboarding.
How does the loyalty rewards program work?
All dealers start at the Blue tier and can climb to Platinum based on annual purchases. Points are earned on every purchase and can be redeemed for cash, stock credit, or everyday essentials through our rewards platform.
Do you provide training and ongoing support?
Yes. Fulcrum provides product training, technical support, and ongoing business assistance to help dealers grow parts and labour sales. Each dealer has a dedicated field representative who visits regularly to support your business.
Do I get access to the Formula 4x4 product range?
Yes. Formula 4x4 is Fulcrum's in-house performance 4x4 brand - comfortable, reliable shocks, lift kits and 4x4 suspension components. Authorised dealers get full range access at dealer pricing.
How long does the application process take?
Most applications are reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, onboarding (account setup, training, kick-start pack) typically takes 1-2 weeks before you're trading as a Fulcrum authorised dealer.
Is there a cost to apply or join the dealer network?
There is no cost to submit an application or join the network. There is a small monthly contribution towards Fulcrum's marketing campaigns that drive online customers to dealer workshops - this is discussed in detail during onboarding.
